How to delete Asterism data
You can delete everything yourself — no emails, no waiting.

On device
Open Asterism → Settings → "Delete all data." This removes your charts, the people you added, your chats with Lyra, and settings from this device.

Backup
If you enabled backup, delete its file from your cloud storage.

Server records
When you delete your account, we delete the related service records. If the law requires us to keep certain data (for example, subscription records), the retention period will be stated in the privacy policy.
